Kept. is run by Ray and Tyela from the Western Cape, South Africa. This note explains what we do with the details you share through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the trip form: your first name, email address, when you're thinking of travelling, the kind of help you're interested in, and any note you add. We also record which link brought you here (for example TikTok or Instagram) so we know where people find us.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your trip. We won't add you to a newsletter or marketing list without asking you first, and we never sell your details.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email inbox. These providers may store data outside South Africa, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're in conversation with you about a trip, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
